• Registration Fee: $100 per student. Sibling discount $50 per sibling

• Tuition Options

  1-Day Program:$335 per month, $3,015 per year, $753.75 per quarter

  2-Day Program: $560 per month, $5,040 per year, $1,260 per quarter

  3-Day Program: $785 per month: $7,065 per year, $1,766.25 per quarter

• Registration and supply fees are required to secure enrollment.

• Tuition is due on a monthly or quarterly basis. August-May.

• Late fee: $50, if paid 5 days past the due date.

• Drop Fee

  If a student withdraws from Bright Warriors Academy after the school year begins, the following fees and terms apply:

  Drop Fee: $50 per student

  Mid-Month or Mid-Quarter Withdrawal: Tuition for the current month or quarter is non-refundable, regardless of attendance.

  Advance Notice: We kindly request a 2-week written notice before withdrawal to help us adjust staffing and resources.

  Outstanding Balances: Any unpaid tuition or fees must be settled before records or materials are released.

  This policy helps us maintain consistency in staffing, supplies, and planning for all enrolled families.
